Old injuries, aches and pains are the most common reasons for losing your fitness and mobility. I can help you to overcome these pains and feel ten years younger!

I am trained in postural assessment and I specialise in working with mature clients. My clients have seen amazing results, from increased mobility and strength, to weight loss and complete body transformation.

I take a gentle approach. I understand that you may be nervous about starting a fitness programme and I will ensure you progress gently and avoid exacerbating any injuries or mobility issues.
